Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the general approach to cancellations and refunds. The written proposal or agreement for a specific engagement takes priority.
Effective date: August 2026
Before work begins
Review the scope before payment.
Clients should review the deliverables, responsibilities, fees, advertising budget, third-party costs, start date and cancellation conditions before accepting a proposal or making payment.
Payment confirms acceptance of the applicable proposal, invoice and agreed terms.
Service fees
Work already started or completed is generally non-refundable.
Once strategy, research, account review, setup, creative work, campaign preparation, development, consultation or management work has begun, the corresponding service fee is treated as earned to the extent of work performed and resources committed.
If Nexminds agrees to a refund for unperformed work, the amount will be calculated after deducting completed work, non-recoverable charges and committed third-party costs.
Advertising spend
Amounts paid directly to Meta, Google or another advertising platform are controlled by that platform and are not refundable by Nexminds.
Third-party costs
Software subscriptions, domains, hosting, stock assets, production costs and other third-party charges are non-refundable where they have already been purchased or committed.
Cancellation by the client
Written notice and the agreed engagement terms apply.
A client may request cancellation through the official communication channel used for the engagement. The applicable proposal or agreement will determine notice requirements, final deliverables and outstanding payment.
Stopping campaigns does not automatically cancel the underlying service agreement or remove payment obligations for work already performed.
Cancellation by Nexminds
When work may be paused or ended.
Nexminds may pause or end work for overdue payment, unavailable access, repeated failure to provide required inputs, unlawful or misleading advertising requests, abusive conduct, platform-policy risk or another material breach.
Where reasonable, Nexminds will communicate the concern and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Fees for completed work and committed costs remain payable.
Results and dissatisfaction
Advertising outcomes are not a refund guarantee.
A campaign producing fewer, more expensive or lower-quality enquiries than expected does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Results vary with the market, budget, offer, creative, competition, platform delivery and client-side response. Nexminds’ obligation is to perform the agreed services with reasonable professional care—not to guarantee leads, sales, revenue or ROAS.
Consultations
A consultation may be rescheduled according to the booking terms. Once delivered, it is generally non-refundable. Missed-session rules should be stated at booking.
Future digital products
When digital products become purchasable, their product page and checkout terms will state any separate refund eligibility before payment. They are not yet covered as a live offer by this Phase 1 policy.
Request process
Contact Nexminds in writing.
Include your name, business, invoice or engagement reference, reason for the request and relevant supporting information. Nexminds will review it against the applicable proposal, work completed and costs committed.
This draft must be aligned with the final service agreement, notice period, invoicing, tax treatment and future product-checkout terms before publication.
